Quick answer

Does EuroCity Proxies give refunds?

EuroCity Proxies refunds to your balance. As of October 2026, a per-GB plan is credited back within 72 hours of purchase. The condition: you used under 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB. A plan support cannot fix within 24 hours is credited in full. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the $25 minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent.

What is the full refund rule?

Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent.

Traffic is counted as in the Terms of Service. Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted. So 20% of a 1 GB plan is 200,000,000 bytes, or 200 MB.

How does the rule apply in practice?

Worked examples with the current price list. "Within the window" means within 72 hours of purchase for per-GB plans. For ports, it means within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port).

How do I ask for a credit?

  1. Write to support

Email [email protected] within the window. Write from the email address on your account; if it has none, give the date, product and amount of the order. Never send your account number or password.

  2. Describe the problem

Give the plan or port and the time the problem started, with your time zone. Add the error you see and a test against https://api.ipify.org.

  3. Get the decision

Support checks the usage recorded for the plan and answers by email. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. An accepted credit appears on your balance.

Where does the credit go?

Credits go to your EuroCity Proxies balance, never back to a wallet. You can use them for any plan in the price list. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

What is not credited or paid back?

  • Top-ups, except where the law requires it.
  • Network fees paid to send a crypto payment.
  • Plans that pass the usage limits or the time window above, when they work.
  • Plans or ports used in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Traffic on an account closed for a breach of the terms.

What if I sent a wrong amount or used the wrong network?

Write to support with the transaction ID, the coin, the network, the amount and the time of the payment. We look into each case, but a payment sent on a network we do not support may not be recoverable.

A crypto payment cannot be reversed by a bank or card issuer, so there is no chargeback.

Do EU consumers have other rights?

Mandatory consumer law of your country may give you rights beyond this policy, and this policy does not remove them. That is the meaning of "except where the law requires it" above. This is not legal advice.

Can this policy change?

Yes. A purchase follows the version in force on the day you bought it. Changes are dated in the changelog.
