What does each country page contain?
Each country page lists its documented cities with their exact -city- parameter, then the facts that change how a local check works there:
- the main home-broadband operators, with the regulator or report that names them;
- the standard VAT rate, which changes the prices shops show to local visitors;
- the national data protection authority and the law that applies;
- local classifieds and marketplaces, and the main search language;
- time zone, calling code and country domain.
Every figure carries its source and the date we read it.
Which countries are not covered, and why?
The United Kingdom, Turkey and Cyprus are outside the scope of this site. Russia and Belarus are excluded, and no city in occupied parts of Ukraine is listed. Some countries are not available, for legal or sourcing reasons, including countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions.
Malta, Liechtenstein, Monaco and other small states have no city page, because their cities are too small to document separately. A country-level IP may still be available there; ask support before buying.
Countries: FAQ
Is the price different from one country to another?
No. The price per GB is the same everywhere: $0.95 for 1 GB, $8 for 10 GB, $57 for 100 GB. City and ASN targeting are included.
Can I use a country IP without choosing a city?
Yes. Use -country-<cc> alone and the gateway picks an IP anywhere in that country. Add -city-<name> only when the city matters.
Are Ukrainian cities available?
Five cities have a page: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Dnipro and Kharkiv. None of them is in an occupied area. Residential availability there can change quickly with power and network conditions. City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online. No IP count is published.
How do I suggest a city that is missing?
Email support with the city and what you want to check there. We add a city page only when we can document it with official data. See who runs EuroCity Proxies and the contact page.
