What does EuroCity Proxies sell?

We sell residential proxy traffic by the gigabyte, from $0.95 for 1 GB to $500 for 1 TB. Every plan includes country and city targeting, and ASN targeting at no extra cost. You choose the place in the username, for example USERNAME-country-de-city-munich.

Sessions rotate on each new connection. A sticky session keeps one IP for up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier, for example if the residential device goes offline). The gateway is gw.eurocityproxies.com, port 7777 for HTTP and HTTPS and port 7778 for SOCKS5. City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online.

The price list also shows dedicated 4G/5G mobile ports by zone and mobile traffic per GB. Those are sold from the price list only; this site has no separate pages for them.

Why build a proxy service around European cities?

In Europe, the city often changes what a website shows more than the country does. A supermarket in Lyon may list other delivery slots than its Paris branch. Search results, classified ads, rents and local news differ from one city to the next.

Some countries also change language by region. Brussels and Antwerp, or Zurich and Geneva, see sites in different languages. A country-level IP cannot show these differences, so we made the city the unit of the product and of the documentation.

The main uses are checks of public pages: local search results, prices, ad landing pages, and tests of your own apps by city. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed.

How are the city pages made?

Each city page starts from public data with a named source and the date we read it. National statistics offices, Eurostat, regulators and city websites come first. When we cannot find a figure, the field stays empty rather than guessed.

A page gives the population with its year and scope (municipality or wider urban area), and the official languages. It also lists nearby towns that IP databases may show instead, the regional data protection authority where one exists, and local internet providers. It also gives the exact username parameter for that city.

City pages describe the place, not our stock. We publish no IP count per city. To see which network your exit uses, run an IP lookup after you connect, as shown in the exit-city guide.

How are the data and price pages put together?

The city price index and the surcharge comparison use list prices read on each provider's own pricing page, with the date of the check. Coupon codes are left out, and promotions are labelled as such.

The European city data page gathers the sourced facts of all city pages in one table. Every figure keeps its source, so you can check it yourself. When a figure changes, the page gets a new date and the changelog records it.

Which rules does EuroCity Proxies follow?

  • No identity documents. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy.
  • Public rules of use. Blocked: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension.
  • Stated sourcing. The sourcing page says where the IPs come from and what we cannot check ourselves.
  • Stated data handling. The privacy policy lists what we keep, why and for how long.
  • No invented numbers. We publish no ratings, no customer counts, and no speed or pool-size figures we have not measured.
  • Excluded countries. Not covered: Russia, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Cyprus, and countries under comprehensive sanctions.

About EuroCity Proxies: questions

Is EuroCity Proxies a registered company?

Yes. The service is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. The Terms of Service name this company as the seller.

Do I need to upload an ID to buy?

No. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. You pay in crypto from a balance, and an email address is optional. Accounts that break the Acceptable Use Policy are suspended rather than asked for ID.

Which European countries are not covered?

Russia, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Turkey and Cyprus are not covered, nor are countries under comprehensive sanctions. Ukraine is covered outside the occupied areas. The country list shows every country with city pages.

How can I contact the team?

Can I test a city before a large purchase?

Yes, with the smallest plan. No free trial: test with the 1 GB plan, paid from the minimum top-up; the rest of the top-up stays on your balance. Connect with the city parameter, then check the exit with an IP lookup, as the quickstart shows.

Where are the official facts about EuroCity Proxies?

The official facts page lists prices, policies and company details in one place. The changelog dates every change to prices, cities and policies.
