Quick answer
What has changed at EuroCity Proxies?
The first EuroCity Proxies entry is dated 18 October 2026: price list and pages published on 2026-10-18. Prices run from $0.95 for 1 GB to $500 for 1 TB. The entry covers 103 city pages in 35 countries and the policies in force. Each later change gets its own dated entry here.
What was published on 18 October 2026?
- Prices. Residential traffic: $0.95 for 1 GB, $8 for 10 GB, $57 for 100 GB and $500 for 1 TB. One price for every city. Dedicated 4G/5G ports from $4.50 and mobile traffic from $1.50/GB, in the price list only.
- Cities. 103 city pages in 35 countries, grouped on the country pages. Not covered: Russia, Belarus, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Cyprus, and countries under comprehensive sanctions.
- Targeting. Country and city on every plan, ASN at no extra cost, sticky sessions up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier).
- Data and comparisons. The city proxy price index, the European city data, the surcharge comparison and the best city proxies list.
- Guides and docs. The quickstart, exit-city checks, city sessions and the API documentation.
- Policies. Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and IP sourcing, all dated 18 October 2026.
- Status. Incident log started on 2026-10-18 on the status page.
What does each entry record?
Each entry has a date, the change and a link to the page it affects. A price entry names the plans, the old price and the new price. A city entry says whether a page was added, paused or removed, and why.
A policy entry links to the new version and says what changed in plain words. If a change reduces your rights or lengthens how long we keep data, the entry says so first.
How do price changes apply to traffic I already bought?
A new price applies to purchases made after the date of its entry. Traffic you already bought keeps its size. Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them.
If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product. That notice appears here and in the Terms of Service.
How are cities added or removed?
A city page is added once we have sourced local data for it: population with its year, languages, nearby towns and local providers. A page can be paused when its data no longer holds, or removed for legal reasons such as sanctions.
A city page is not a promise of stock. City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online.
Where are incidents recorded?
Outages and other incidents go to the status page, not here. This page records lasting changes: prices, cities, features and policies. When an incident leads to a lasting change, such as a new blocked target, both pages mention it.
Changelog: questions
When do price changes take effect?
On the date of their entry here, and only for purchases made after that date. The GB already on your account keep their size; see the Terms of Service for the expiry rule.
What happens if a city I use is removed?
Your traffic stays on your account and works in every other covered city. The entry here says why the page was removed.
How do I see the version of a policy that applied to my purchase?
Each policy shows its date at the top, and each change is listed here with its date. A purchase follows the version in force on the day you bought it.
Are new features announced here?
Yes. Each new feature or targeting option gets an entry with its date and a link to the guide or documentation page.
