Which data and tax rules apply in Ukraine?

Data protection is supervised by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman), under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI (2010). Shops include VAT in consumer prices: the standard rate is 20%, and reduced rates apply to some goods (14% (certain agricultural products); 7% (medicines, medical devices and some other services)).
