The service is provided by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA) ("we", "us"). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. You can reach us at support@eurocityproxies.com. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You may use the service for personal or business purposes, within the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://eurocityproxies.com/acceptable-use/). We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions. ## What does the service include? - **Residential proxies per GB.** Country and city targeting on every plan; in the United States also state and ZIP code; ASN targeting at no extra cost. City availability varies. Rotation: Each new connection gets an IP from the pool, usually a different one; to get a new IP on every request, send one request per connection (turn off keep-alive). Sticky sessions last up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier). - **Mobile products.** Dedicated 4G/5G ports by zone and rotating mobile traffic per GB, as shown in the [price list](https://eurocityproxies.com/pricing/). - **Access.** HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5, through `gw.eurocityproxies.com`. City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online. No IP count is published. We do not promise a speed, an uptime figure, a pool size, or that a given city or network is online at a given time. IP geolocation is set by third-party databases, which may place an exit in a nearby town. ## How does the account work? Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. Username and password on every plan, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs). Sub-users with their own credentials and traffic cap. API keys you can revoke at any time. You are responsible for keeping your account number, passwords and API keys private, and for all use made of them, including by your sub-users. We never ask for your password or account number by email or chat. ## How do top-ups, prices and the balance work? We accept crypto only: BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC. The minimum top-up is $25. Prices are in US dollars. To top up, send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, then click I've sent the payment. Your top-up is matched by its exact amount and credited once confirmed on the blockchain. You pay the network fees. A payment sent on the wrong network or for a different amount may need manual handling by support, and some cases cannot be recovered. When you start from a plan, the top-up equals its price ($25 minimum) and the plan is bought from your balance as soon as the top-up is credited. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it. A price change applies to purchases made after it; traffic already bought keeps its size. ## When is a plan delivered? Credentials appear in your dashboard as soon as you buy a plan from your confirmed crypto balance. Dedicated mobile ports follow their own rule: Dedicated ports are subject to stock per country and carrier; the checkout lists the carriers in stock. If we cannot deliver your port within 24 hours, its full price goes back to your balance. ## How is traffic counted, and does it expire? Usage counts all data sent and received through the proxy (upload and download, headers included). 1 GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes. Connection attempts that fail before reaching the target are not counted. Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Unused traffic is lost if you delete your account or if it is closed for a breach of these terms. If we stop selling a product, we give at least 30 days' notice to use the remaining traffic or move its value to another product. ## What are the refund rules? Refunds are credits to your balance, as set out in the [Refund Policy](https://eurocityproxies.com/refunds/). The rule reads: Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a bank or card issuer, so there is no chargeback process. ## Which rules apply to how I use the proxies? The [Acceptable Use Policy](https://eurocityproxies.com/acceptable-use/) applies to every request you send. Blocked: Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. You must also follow the law that applies to you and to the sites you reach, and those sites' terms of use. ## When can we suspend or close my account? We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy. Fraud and legal obligations are also grounds. Where the law and the situation allow, we tell you why by email if you added one. You may ask support to close your account at any time. The rules on unused traffic above then apply. ## What does EuroCity Proxies not promise? The service is provided as it is and as available. Target sites may refuse, slow or change their answers to any IP, including ours. We are not responsible for the content of the sites you reach, nor for decisions you take from the data you collect. ## How far does our liability go? To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost data. To the extent the law allows, you cover our costs and losses caused by your breach of these terms or of the Acceptable Use Policy. ## Which law applies, and what about EU consumer rights? These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes go to the courts of Delaware, unless the law that applies to you gives you another forum. If you are a consumer in the European Union, these terms do not remove the protection that mandatory consumer law of your country gives you. Top-ups and plans are not paid back in money, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the $25 minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. ## How do these terms change?
