Answers about city targeting, prices, payment, accounts, refunds and the data we keep. Each answer starts with the short version.

**Quick answer — What should I know before buying from EuroCity Proxies?**

**EuroCity Proxies** sells residential proxies with city targeting in 103 European cities, from $0.95 for 1 GB as of October 2026. You pay in crypto: the top-up equals the plan price, with a $25 minimum, and no ID upload. Traffic never expires. City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online.

## City targeting

### How do I get an IP in a specific European city?

Add the country and the city to your username: `USERNAME-country-it-city-turin`. Use the English name in lower case, without accents, with `_` for spaces. Every [city page](https://eurocityproxies.com/cities/) shows the exact value.

### Which cities can I target?

103 cities in 35 countries have a page with local data. See the [A–Z index](https://eurocityproxies.com/cities/) or the [list by country](https://eurocityproxies.com/countries/). Cities in the United Kingdom, Turkey, Cyprus, Russia and Belarus are not covered.

### What if there is no IP online in my city?

City availability varies; the checkout shows what is online. No IP count is published. The connection then fails or falls back to a wider match. Check the exit with an IP lookup before a long task, as described in the [verification guide](https://eurocityproxies.com/guides/verify-exit-city/).

### Why does an IP lookup show a nearby town instead of my city?

Geolocation databases estimate a city per block of addresses, and suburbs are often labelled with the main city or the other way round. Each city page lists the nearby towns you may see. The [accuracy guide](https://eurocityproxies.com/guides/ip-geolocation-accuracy/) explains why.

### Can I target a network as well as a city?

Yes. Add `-asn-<number>` after the city. ASN targeting costs nothing extra. The [ASN guide](https://eurocityproxies.com/targeting/asn/) lists verified numbers of 20 large European operators.

## Sessions and connection

### How long can I keep the same IP?

Sticky sessions keep one IP for up to 30 minutes (the IP can change earlier, for example if the residential device goes offline). Add `-session-<id>-ttl-<minutes>` with a TTL of 30 or less.

### How do I get a new IP on every request?

Each new connection gets an IP from the pool, usually a different one; to get a new IP on every request, send one request per connection (turn off keep-alive).

### Which protocols are supported?

HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5, on `gw.eurocityproxies.com` port 7777 (HTTP/HTTPS) and port 7778 (SOCKS5).

### Which sites are blocked?

Banking, government and payment-portal sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587. The full rules are in the [acceptable use policy](https://eurocityproxies.com/acceptable-use/).

## Prices and payment

### How much does it cost?

$0.95 for 1 GB, $8 for 10 GB, $57 for 100 GB and $500 for 1 TB. City and ASN targeting are included. All tiers are on the [pricing page](https://eurocityproxies.com/pricing/).

### Do I need to upload an ID?

No. No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation.

### Which coins can I pay with?

BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC: USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, USDC on ERC-20. The minimum top-up is $25.

### How is a crypto payment credited?

Send the exact amount shown, then click I've sent the payment. The top-up is matched by its exact amount and credited once the network confirms it; the [pricing page](https://eurocityproxies.com/pricing/) shows the confirmations each coin needs.

### Does unused traffic expire?

No. Prepaid residential and rotating-mobile traffic never expires: unused GB stay on your account until you use them. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.

### Can I get a refund?

Within 72 hours of purchase, a residential or rotating-mobile plan is credited back to your balance if you used less than 20% of its traffic and no more than 1 GB; a plan that does not work, and that support cannot fix within 24 hours, is credited back in full. Dedicated ports: within 24 hours of delivery (2 hours for a 1-day port), the port is credited back to your balance in full if it does not work and we cannot fix or replace it, or if it has carried less than 500 MB. A port we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. If a port stops working later and support cannot fix it within 24 hours, the lost days are credited back. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. See the [refund policy](https://eurocityproxies.com/refunds/).

## Account and privacy

### Do I need an email address?

No. Account-number login; email is optional. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.

### What data do you keep about my traffic?

We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders, top-up records and traffic totals while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy.

### Who runs EuroCity Proxies?

ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. Support: Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week. More on the [about page](https://eurocityproxies.com/about/) and the [official facts page](https://eurocityproxies.com/llm-info/); the [home page](https://eurocityproxies.com/) has the overview.

### Where do the residential IPs come from?

We resell residential and mobile IPs from established upstream partner networks. Our upstream provider confirms that device owners opt in and can opt out, and that its supply does not come from seized or disrupted networks such as NetNut or IPIDEA. More on the [sourcing page](https://eurocityproxies.com/sourcing/).

### How do I report abuse coming from one of your IPs?

Email abuse@eurocityproxies.com with the IP, the time with its time zone and what happened. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension.
